School Admissions - new Reception starters in September 2025
The Admissions Team at Bradford Metropolitan District Council manage all admissions for our school and parents should contact them to find out about our admission arrangements. More information about admissions can be found here.

 

      Applications

Parents can apply online for a place at a Bradford primary school here.

A ‘Guide for Parents about Admission Arrangements to Schools’ is also available on this website.

  • The online admissions system is available for reception applications from 18 November 2024 until 15 January 2025 for children born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021.

  • Only one application may be submitted for a child. 

  • Bradford online applications are for Bradford residents only. 

You will be able to view as well as amend your online application any time until the closing date.  You will receive an email acknowledging your online application.

 

If you apply online for a primary school place, you will receive an email on 16 April 2025 telling you which school your child has been offered (unless you opted out of this service).  Emails will be sent out from 8.00am on 16 April.

All online applicants can also view their child’s school place offer from midnight on 16 April by logging into their account on the online system.

Parents and carers who applied on a paper form or opted not to receive an email will have their child’s allocation letter sent by Royal Mail, first class post, on 16 April.

In Year Admissions

Parents are requested to apply online using this link.  This method is the quickest and means your outcome will be emailed, or you can log in to your account for an update when one is available.

If you don’t have an email address you can download the attached application and return it to the Admissions Team in the post or by hand. Applications can take up to 15 school days to process from the date of receipt.  Please do not contact the Admissions Team prior to this deadline as you will be updated or informed of the outcome as soon as possible.
